Rade Bogdanovic: “I'm Not Racist, But Black Players Lack Focus”
June 23, 2026 · Global
Rade Bogdanovic revealed that black players often lack focus, when talking about Natha Ngoya's proposal in Belgium's match against Iran.

This discussion focuses on the proposal of Belgian national team defender, Nathan Ngoya, in the 66th minute of the match. "I always talk about players like this — and I'm not a racist at all — but black players often lack focus for more than 60-80 minutes. When we play, sometimes we have to really look after our own players so they don't make mistakes," Bogdanovic said on the RTS Serbia broadcast. In the third round, the Belgian national team will meet the New Zealand national team (27 June), while Iran will play Egypt on the same date. The 2026 World Cup takes place in the United States, Canada and Mexico from June 11 to July 19. The Argentine national team is the defending champion.
