Pontedera has begun developing new projects under the auspices of Sportheca, after officially appointing Simone Quintieri as the new Sports Director. Quintieri will be responsible for assembling the team that will compete in Serie D. Today, the club announced that Simone Quintieri has signed a one-year contract. Quintieri, who received his Sports Director diploma in Coverciano in February 2025, will lead the technical planning of the first team, the management of the transfer market, as well as the coordination of the sports area, working closely with the owner, management and technical staff. The contract between the club and the new Sports Director will be valid for one season.
