Barcelona Coach Approves Transfer of Bernardo Silva from Manchester City

Barcelona head coach Hans-Dieter Flick has given his approval to the transfer of Manchester City midfielder Bernardo Silva, according to a RAC1 report. Previously, it was reported that the coach's decision regarding the player's move was the main factor in reaching an agreement. Bernardo Silva himself has agreed to join the Catalan club.

Interest in the player from Portugal has also been shown by clubs such as Atletico Madrid, Benfica, as well as teams from Türkiye, France, Italy and Saudi Arabia. Bernardo Silva's contract at Manchester City will expire on June 30, after he joined the club in 2017. In this season, he has participated in 53 matches in all competitions, scoring three goals and providing five assists.
