Manchester United Prepares New Striker, But Must Release Zirkzee First

Manchester United is making plans to add a new striker, but must first sell Joshua Zirkzee. Morgan Rogers and Iliman Ndiaye are some of the names on the target list.
Manchester United are looking to strengthen their attack line with the possibility of signing a new striker, depending on Joshua Zirkzee's future. If Zirkzee leaves the club in the near future, the Red Devils will return to the transfer market to find a replacement. Even though there are positive signs from young strikers such as Benjamin Sesko, Bryan Mbeumo and Matheus Cunha who appeared promising last season, club management is still assessing additional options for the upcoming season, where they will also compete in the Champions League.
One of the names that is most closely watched is Morgan Rogers. The Aston Villa striker is considered one of the most promising talents in the Premier League and the Birmingham club are ready to consider offers in the region of £80 million. This significant figure can help them to invest further in the transfer market.
Apart from Rogers, Everton's Iliman Ndiaye is also on United's radar. The club has been monitoring the player for several months, but his contract which runs until 2029 makes this transfer complicated and is currently less likely to go through. Meanwhile, Lille's Matias Fernandez-Pardo, who is 21 and can play both as a center forward and on the wing, is also being monitored. In the last Ligue 1 season, he recorded eight goals and five assists, which earned him a call-up to play for Belgium at the World Cup.
The decision regarding Zirkzee is very important. Despite being appreciated by his teammates for his attitude and professionalism, the former Bologna player has not been able to show consistency on the pitch. If he is forced to be sold, then the way for the arrival of a new striker will be wide open.
