Current Condition of Baltika Coach, Andrey Talalaev Post Surgery

Andrey Talalaev, trainer of Baltika, shared information about his health after surgery on the digestive system and explained some restrictions in his diet.

The main coach of the Kaliningrad club Baltika, Andrey Talalaev, discussed his health condition after undergoing surgery on the digestive system. In an exclusive interview, Talalaev revealed, "I am in the process of recovery, slowly starting to do physical exercise. I went to Italy, partly to get fresh air, sunshine and a good diet — what else is needed for recovery?"

When asked about limiting alcohol consumption, Talalaev answered, "Incidentally, no. The doctor allowed me to consume 50 drops of cognac, but I don't really like it. In the team, the coaching staff was once given a bottle of good Italian wine. The players already know my favorite type of wine — Sangiovese. Meanwhile, my wife, Elena Vyacheslavovna, can enjoy a glass of cognac at celebrations. If there is a need to relax in the evening, I can accompany her (smiles)," said Talalaev.
