Igor Dmitriev shared information about Ezequiel Barco's mood following his return to Spartak after the holidays, stressing that everything is fine and Barco has expressed no desire to leave the club.

Spartak player Igor Dmitriev gave a statement regarding midfielder Ezequiel Barco's mood in the context of rumors regarding his possible departure from the Moscow club. — "What will Barco's mood be when he returns? In this transfer season there are a lot of rumors about his future. — It seems everything is fine. He didn't tell me that he wanted to leave. Regarding him wearing a different uniform, it's not a big problem. He doesn't need to wear Spartak shorts in Argentina," said Dmitriev as reported by "Championat" journalist Ilya Nikulnikov. Previously, it was reported that "Independiente" was interested in the midfielder of the red-white team. The player joined Spartak Moscow in the summer of 2024 from “River Plate” for a fee of €14 million. Last season, Barco played in 37 matches in all competitions, scored eight goals and provided eight assists. According to the Transfermarkt portal, the transfer value of this player reaches €16 million.
