Bologna are in negotiations with Glasgow Rangers over the transfer of Nico Raskin, who is currently valued at €20 million, with the possibility of Lewis Ferguson being involved in a swap deal.

Bologna are currently in talks with Glasgow Rangers for the transfer of Nico Raskin, who is valued at around €20 million. According to a report from teamTALK, initial negotiations between the two clubs have begun regarding Raskin. The 25-year-old midfielder is currently participating in the 2026 World Cup with the Belgian squad, and has featured in both of their matches so far. Raskin joined Rangers in January 2023 for a fee of just €1.5 million from Standard Liege and has shown rapid progress, scoring seven goals and providing nine assists in 50 games this season. It is reported that the asking price now stands at around €20 million, which represents a significant investment for the Rossoblu and new coach Domenico Tedesco. One solution to lower the fee would be to involve Scotland international Ferguson in a swap deal, given Rangers are reportedly interested in the midfielder. However, Ferguson is Bologna captain and is in no rush to leave the Stadio Dall'Ara, where he has been since leaving Aberdeen in 2022. This deal is more a proposal from Rangers than the Italian club or the Scot.
